Only one party of maximum four persons is accommodated at a time, to ensure your exclusive, comfortable use of the facilities. 

TARIFF

ACCOMMODATION ONLY

Queen-sized bedroom AND/OR twin (2 singles) bedroom:  $140.00 per room per night

                 For single use of either above rooms:  $110.00 per room per night

BREAKFAST:  Choose the type of breakfast to suit you:-

Continental: (selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruits, home-made bread/toast and conserves) $15.00 per person
Cooked platter:  extra $5.00 per person Your breakfast is served  in the hosts' dining room. 

OR you may prefer to SELF CATER using the facilities provided in our guest kitchenette.

• a deposit of first night's tariff required

• public holidays and long weekends minimum of two nights' booking required

• no refund under 14 days' notice
